YOUR INFORMATION / UPDATED 4 OCTOBER 2026

Privacy notice.

How Verenth uses information from this website, and the choices and rights you have.

Who handles your information

VERENTH GROUP LTD (company number 17433282), trading as Verenth, is the controller responsible for deciding how information submitted through this website is used. The company is registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. The site owner handles enquiries and privacy requests. You can email contact@verenth.org, contact Verenth through the privacy-request form below or write to the registered office, marked “Privacy”.

Information we collect

The opportunity form collects your name, email, organisation or independent practice, optional location, selected enquiry route, organisation type, capability, engagement, priorities, timing, and the situation and outcome you describe. It also records any selected solution, scenario, sector or project and the strengths and connections you choose to provide. Submission records include a reference, time and notice acknowledgement.

The privacy-request form collects your name, email and request, together with a reference and submission time. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need sufficient information to understand and respond to you. Please provide an outline, without sensitive employee information, financial account details, identity documents or confidential third-party materials.

Why we use information and our lawful bases

For new enquiries, the notice acknowledgement confirms that privacy information has been made available; it is not consent to marketing. Enquiries submitted under the earlier consent wording remain subject to that permission for enquiry handling. You can withdraw it through the form below, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Submitting either form does not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiries are reviewed by a person; these forms do not make automated employment, investment or eligibility decisions.

Your right to object

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us your circumstances using the form below. We will stop that processing unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or it is needed for legal claims. You can also ask us to stop enquiry follow-up.

Who can access information

Submissions are stored in a private website enquiry inbox accessible to the site owner. Email notifications may also be sent to the relevant Verenth shared mailbox, accessible to authorised team members handling that enquiry. They are not published. Microsoft 365 processes email correspondence and notifications. Hosting, database and security providers process information to operate the website; the site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to professional advisers handling a legal matter.

Hosting and support can involve processing outside the UK. The arrangements applicable to a transfer depend on the provider and service involved. You can request information about the locations and applicable transfer safeguards through the form below.

How long information is kept

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to assess and respond to it and complete any continuing discussion. Retention is assessed by whether the enquiry remains active, whether follow-up has been requested, and whether a contractual, legal or dispute-related need remains. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted or anonymised. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the relevant engagement privacy information and record-keeping arrangements apply.

Privacy-request records are retained as needed to resolve the request and demonstrate how it was handled, taking account of outstanding complaints and applicable legal requirements. A request for deletion is assessed against any continuing lawful need to retain information.

For submission protection, the application hashes a network address with an hourly value. The limit record expires one hour after creation and is removed during subsequent form activity. The original network address is not stored with the enquiry. Hosting providers may separately process network and security logs.

Your other rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you can ask to access your information, correct inaccurate information, erase it, restrict its use or receive eligible information in a portable format. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exemptions. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We normally respond to rights requests within one month. If the law permits additional time or we reasonably need information to identify you or clarify the request, we will explain this. We only request identity evidence where necessary and proportionate.

Complaints

You can raise a concern with Verenth using the form below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not have to complete our complaints process before contacting the ICO.

People participating in an engagement

This notice covers the website forms. Before collecting information for an employee assessment or human acceleration programme, we will provide privacy information specific to that work, including the responsible organisations, purposes, lawful bases, access, sharing and retention. An employer’s involvement does not by itself authorise use of an individual’s personal information.

Contact Verenth about your information

Use this form for a privacy question, objection, rights request or complaint. You do not need an enquiry reference. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive details here.

We use these details to handle your request and, where necessary, verify your identity. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
